1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Zeblio's services, operated by SNS Emporium, a company registered in India. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Services

Zeblio provides digital AI-powered services including but not limited to: AI front desk assistants, website development, backend automation, and AI ad creative services. All services are digital in nature and delivered electronically.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed
• Payments are due as per the agreed plan or invoice terms
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards
• Prices are subject to applicable taxes (GST)

4. Performance Expectations

Zeblio is designed to support and improve business outcomes over time, but exact metrics such as lead counts, booking numbers, or revenue growth can differ across businesses. Performance depends on factors like industry, market conditions, offer quality, and client-specific implementation. Case studies and statistics are shared as examples from past client experiences.

5. Intellectual Property

All Zeblio branding, technology, AI models, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of SNS Emporium. Clients retain ownership of their business data and content.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to Zeblio services will be revoked and data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
