Refund & Cancellation Policy

    1. Digital Services

    Zeblio provides digital AI-powered services. As these are digital services that begin immediately upon activation, they are subject to the refund terms outlined below.

    2. Refund Eligibility

    • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase/activation
    • Services that have been actively used (calls answered, appointments booked) are not eligible for a full refund
    • Setup fees are non-refundable once the setup process has begun
    • Custom development work (websites, automations) is non-refundable once delivered

    3. Cancellation

    • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with effect from the next billing cycle
    • Annual plans can be cancelled with a pro-rated refund for unused months (minus a 10% processing fee)
    • To cancel, email contact@zeblio.com with your account details

    4. Refund Process

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
    • Bank processing times may vary

    5. Exceptions

    In cases of service failure attributable to Zeblio (e.g., prolonged downtime, non-delivery of agreed services), a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion regardless of the above terms.
